Dispatch & Delivery


We aim to dispatch the next working day after ordering if ordered before 6pm.  Delivery is normally within 3 working days by either courier My Hermes or 2nd classs Royal Mail.


Please allow up to 12 days for delivery before contacting us.


When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Papercraft Inspiration take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested left with a neighbour or in outbuilding. Please note that unless the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail or My Heremes no refund/replacement will not be issued. 


Out of stock items

In the event that a product is out of stock when the order is placed you will be contacted and advised. We will advise how long before we can get the product back in stock. You will then have the choice to wait for the product or receive a refund or alternative product for the item.


Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your order if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or discontinued, one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and/or received by us from our suppliers.

If the goods you order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or to cancel your order. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail or in writing, whichever is appropriate, and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card through PayPal, as soon as possible. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Faulty Goods


Goods received should be inspected immediately upon receipt and the seller notified as soon as practically possible and not later than 7 days after receipt. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller, along with written details of the defect or damage.


In certain circumstances manufacturers may elect to repair rather than replace products and you will be advised if this is the case. Whether a repair, alternative or refund is agreed the buyer shall be entitled to a full refund of any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective.


Your right to cancel

We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if you change your mind you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch or return goods to us within 30 days of dispatch to Papercraft Inspiration, 1 Rogers Close, Gosport, Hants, PO12 4XW


Any goods delivered to you must (except where goods are incorrect or faulty) be returned at your own expense.


A refund of the price you paid will be made within seven days of receipt of the returned goods. The goods must be received back to us unused and in new condition, in the manufacturer's or seller's original packaging by a recorded delivery service at your own expense.


The goods you return are your responsibility until received by us so we strongly recommend that you buy suitable insurance to cover the transit for more valuable items.


Under no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds include our shipping costs or be considered where the manufacturer's seal has been broken, packaging opened or the packaging of any "software", medium carrying computer files, memory cards or sticks, disks, Compact Disks (CDs) Digital Versatile Disks (DVDs) or diskettes, has been opened or interfered with.



By placing an order you authorise the seller to process a PayPal, credit card, debit card or charge card payment for the total sale amount. Your order will be processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will appear on your statement in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time by your card company.


Events outside our control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, adverse weather, fire, explosion or accident.
